CHISAMBA RETURNS TO TRAINING AFTER LONG INJURY LAY OFF
Buildcon FC’s Zambian International midfielder Chisamba Lungu has returned to training at the club after a long injury lay off which saw him in a Plaster of Paris ( POP) when he suffered an injury on May the 27th during a League match against Red Arrows which was played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Chisamba has spent close to 14 weeks on the sidelines after the club had initially announced that he would be out for upto 10 weeks.
The club released a statement today saying that Chisamba is back in training and has just started light training and he is working closely with the clubs medical team and technical bench to help him gain match fitness and that that they are not in a rush to get him back on the pitch but to insure he is fit and ready.
