Nigeria National League outfit Gombe United will be in the ancient city of Kano for close camping ahead of the 2019/2020 Nigeria National League season
The jewel of the Savannah based team will play series of friendly matches in preparations for the 2019/2020 season in the pyramid city as they prepare for the Nigeria National League.
Prior to departure, the club’s chairman Sule Musa (Jasper) said the camping would give the players and the technical crew total concentration knowing the herculean task of gaining promotion going by the caliber of clubs in our group.
He applauded Governor Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya for graciously approving the camping and the support to the club, assuring to justify the spendings by securing promotion to the NPFL.
Commenting, the secretary of the club Labiru Garba and the board members -Abubakar Yellow, Bappah Burah and Bulus Pilando informed the players that they will continue to work assiduously toward a hitch free camping.
