Plateau United winger Bernard Ovoke has urged his fellow compatriot to go all out against 19th place Rangers Internationals in midweek matchday 9 fixture in Enugu.
Ovoke made his second full start of the season in the colours of the Tin City-based club, where he scored one of the goals in a 5-1 demolition of FC Ifeanyi Ubah in Jos last weekend after missing a penalty.
The left-footed winger is regarded as one of the best wingers in the Nigeria Professional Football League since making his debut for his township club Nembe FC before being snapped up by Rivers United.
The former Rivers United disclosed that Plateau United have what it takes to get the maximum point in Enugu against the former champions
” They are a good side no doubt that, but, we have what it takes to find the back of the net against them”
“We must repeat the same game plan we used against FC Ifeanyi Ubah, so that we can extend the lead on the standing because we want to maintain our position before Christmas”, he concluded.
Plateau United top the NPFL standing with 17 points from eight games played so far this season.
