Reporting from Yola have it that Adamawa United have secured the service of one of the Nigeria Professional Football League respected coach to handle the team for the rest of the football season.
Adamawa United sacked their technical adviser Mohammed Bello after the team home defeat to Rivers United 2-0 last weekend to slip further down the NPFL standings.
Chairman of the yola based club, Honourable Emmanuel Zira disclosed this on Tuesday “We have engaged a new coach to steam the affairs of the club for the rest of the Nigeria Professional Football League season”
“For now, I cannot disclose the name of the manager, for now, once we conclude with him, your platform will be the first to know”
“We do not have much time to search for a manager, we have already gotten one, but for now the rest of the technical crew will take over the team temporarily for our next game”
Adamawa United secured their promotion to the Nigeria top-flight football league division after thirteen years from the second division.
With just three wins, one draw and seven loss, they occupy the seventeenth position on the log with 10 points and 10 goals deficit.
Adamawa United will be on the road to face season surprise package Dakkada FC in the matchday 12 encounter this Sunday.
