Report from Tunisia have it that Esperance are in talk with US Monastir over the poosible transfer Lobi Stars forward Anthony Okpotu
With 13 goals to his credit in all competitions, “The Panther” could be heading to the city capital if the Tunisian giant meet the asking price of US Monastir.
A close source close to Esperance disclose that the club is in need for a clinical striker, they have no choice than start negotiation with US Monstir, which they have started.
Okpotu’s goals have catapulted Monastir into title contention and has already been linked with Egyptian champions Al Ahly.
Junior Lokosa and fellow Nigerian, Samuel Avati, will have to start shopping for new clubs after Tunisian club Esperance deemed them surplus to requirements
Okpotu joined US Monastir from Nigeria professional football league side Lobi Stars of Makurdi in 2019.
