Felele247.com.ng have scooped that Rangers International forward Bobby Clement could team up with Port Harcourt giants Rivers United ahead of 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League.
Rivers United will compete in the CAF Confederation cup next season after the League Management Company used the Point Per Game mechanism to round off the 2019/2020 NPFL due to Corona virus pandemic, which forced the league to called off.
Last week the Port Harcourt based team made a staggering offer of N1.2Million for Enyimba FC’s and Super Eagles goalkeeper Theophilos Afekholai who currently earned N800,000 with his present club Enyimba FC.
Felele247.com.ng gathered that Rivers United are closely monitoring the forward who has a continental experience with the flying antelopes and also he was part of the 2016 squad that won the league title for the first time in 30 years for the Enugu based club.
