Nigeria International Usman Mohammed has penned a deal for the rest of the football season with Isreal outfit Hapoel Hadera from Kazakh Shakhar Karagandi with an option of a permanent deal with the Israeli club, Felele247.com.ng understands.
The Rio 2016 Olympics signed the dotted line for his new club on Thursday in Israel and accompanied with his agent Tom Moore.
The Kaduna born midfielder started his football career with Ranchers Bees After a year, he left and joined Taraba whom he later helped to the gain promotion to the Nigerian Premier League. Usman was later named the captain of the club at 18, which made him the youngest captain in the league.
On 1 June 2019, FC Pyunik announced that they had released Usman by mutual consent.
The 27-year-old midfielder has played for FC Taraba (Nigeria), Uniao Madeira (Portugal), FC Tambov (Russia), Sarpsborg(Norway) and FC Shakhtar Karagandy (Kazakhstan).
