Former Nasarawa United Tony Edjomariegwe (28) has completed his move to the Sudanese giants’ Al Merrikh for a deal worth US$200,000 from Moroccan based side Moghreb Athletic Tetouan – MAT
The winger who previously played for Bayelsa United has scored 4 goals in 5 matches in the Morocco League this season.
An official announcement deal of the winger was posted on the club social media platform.
“The player’s information has been matched in the transfer system and is awaiting his international transfer card from the Moroccan Football Federation to add him to the African revelation”
Tony started his professional football career with Crown FC of Oshogbo before joining Kwara United in 2012.
He joined Shooting Stars of Ibadan on a season loan before wearing the green colours of Nasarawa United in 2014 Nigeria Professional Football League season for a season.
He secured his move to Moroccan based Olyimpque Safi from Kano Pillars 2016 after leaving Nasarawa United in 2015 NPFL season.
