Niger Tornadoes midfielder solomon owello out for 5 weeks

Niger Tornadoes midfield mastero Solomon Owello us ruled out of today match against Akwa United due to the injury he sustained in the last match against Wikki Tourists, the club physician disclose to Tornadoes Media after they carried out some test on him on Monday.

 

 

" Owello will not be in action for some weeks due to the injury"

"We are working round the clock to make sure he get back to action"

But for now he cannot play and he need some rest for the leg to recuperate" the team physician concluded.

Solomon Owello was instrumental in the ikon Allah boys in ilorin against Kwara United where they won 2-0 away in the game of the new Nigeria Professional Football League 2017/18 season.

Meanwhile, Niger Tornadoes goalkeeper and captain Mustapha Aliko has been given a clean bill to return to action.  Aliko missed the Akwa United game, where the ikon Allah boys lost at home for the time since 2010 ending their 75 games home unbeaten run 

Tornadoes are seventh on the Nigeria Professional Football League log with six points after four matches, they face 4th on the log Lobi Stars FC of Makurdi who also lost away to new member of the Nigeria Professional Football League Yobe Desert Stars on Sunday
