We are getting ready for the new season - Babawo

Niger Tornadoes forward Ibrahim “pele” Babawo has disclosed to Felele247 Media that the team is hopeful despite the team 3-2 lost to Area 3 All stars team this Thursday morning in Abuja.


Babawo who provided an assist in one of the two goals scored by the ikon Allah against the Area 3 All Stars team which comprises about seven foreign players, notably among them is former Super Eagles midfielder Nosa Igiebor who ply his trade in the United States of America and former Locomotiv Moscow midfielder Micheal Tukura.



“It’s a great game, we have learned one or two techniques from this lads. Their style of play is what we need to work on our first game against Kwara United in Ilorin”

“We are looking forward to the game in Ilorin against Kwara united, the coaching crew are really work to perfect our game plan” He concluded

Niger Tornadoes will travel to Ilorin for their first away game of the new Nigeria Professional Football League this Sunday at the Ilorin Township Stadium.
