First impressions are often lasting ones. And there is no better time and place to solidify that impression than the first meeting with your entire team.
On his first visitation the new Kwara United Chairman, Mr Kunbi Titiloye, former Administrator of Kwara Football Academy [KFA] has come to build trust, and briefly chart a vision.
The goal of this initial meeting with his technical crew after this morning training session was not to map out the vision for the season based on his vast knowledge in football administration.
This first meeting is to establish trust and set the tone for the kind of team environment he wishes to foster.
He came to show he is worthy of the team’s trust, above all, he expressed his intention that he has come to help in all capacities and not to witch-hunt.
In his brief interactions with the technical crew led by Ashyfat Sulyman, after the training session this morning, Mr Kunbi Titiloye, Kwara United chairman accompanied by the new secretary, Mr Amidu Olowo, shared his leadership philosophy. He was brief in sharing his intentions, ‘Am here to help, to help us do the best work of our chosen careers, to get out of our usual ways and support you to accomplish something greater, let us do this work professionally’.
