Felele247.com.ng have scooped that Hilary Ikenna has reportedly quit Aiteo Cup champions Kano Pillars FC of Kano by mutual consent after two productive seasons.
The defensive midfielder who is also comfortable playing in an advanced role described his time with the Sai Masu as a great period in his career as he helped the side come third in the 2017/2018 NPFL season as they came second in the 2018 Aiteo Cup while in 2019 he was part of the team that made history for the Kano based side as they won the 2019 Aiteo Cup after 65 years and came second in the NPFL.
“It was a great time with the good people of Kano and I will forever cherish every moment spent with Kano Pillars”.
“I have left Kano Pillars and I wish the team the very best in their future endeavors, he concluded”.
Hillary Ikenna has played in Valletta FC in Slovakia and FC Ifeanyi Uba before pinching tent with Kano Pillars.
