2019 Aiteo Cup champions and Former Nigeria Professional Football League champions Kano Pillars have captured the signature of Niger Tornadoes offensive midfielder Saib Dosso ahead of the 2019/20 Nigeria Professional Football League season kick-off.
The Ivorian International joined the Minna based team in the 2018/18 midseason transfer window from ATDD-K of Cote d’Ivoire, where he had an impressive season with the ikon Allah boys.
Felele247.com.ng gathered that the midfielder held a discussion with the management of Kano Pillars immediately after the 2019 Aiteo Cup final where Kano Pillars won via a penalty against Niger Tornadoes in Kaduna.

“It’s incredible,” Dosso said. “A really proud moment for myself, to join such a big club, one that I’m really looking forward to it and I can’t wait to get started now. My first game of last season was at Sani Abacha Stadium and it’s a fixture I always look for when I’ve been playing in the Premier League.
“I tend to get my head down – I’ve worked hard and done every session and I’ve played every game for Niger Tornadoes, so I feel my fitness is there. That was a big part for me to play because, if I ended up getting the move that I wanted, I would have been fit and in contention to play the first game. I feel like I’m ready to go, but obviously it’s the gaffer’s decision,” He concluded.
Dosso featured for Kano Pillars against Kada City of Kaduna at the on-going Ahlan Cup 2019 preseason tournament in Kano, where they beat Kada City 0-1.
