Nigeria Professional Football League defending champions Enyimba FC have sack the club technical adviser Usman Abd’Allah.
The two times CAF champions winners sited the club inability to get good result in the NPFL current camapign.
This is coming after the NPFL Continental hopeful lost 4-0 to league toppers Plateau United on Sunday in Jos.
The statement reads; After a string of disappointing results the club believes it must set a new course and regain it competitive edge, domestically and on the continent.
Interim coach Fatai Osho will take over the head coach duties. All other announcement on this subject will be later.
Chairman, Felix Anyansi Agwu said “This is not a decision we have lightly, nor in a haste.
” Results and performance since the start of this eason have been unimpressive and the club must take action to forestall further setback”
“We are talking to the players too and they must do better otherwise there will be consequences”.
“As Enyimba we are committed to earning positive results always and we cannot accept nothing less”. He concluded.
