Horoya AC President Soufiane Souaré has made a mouthwatering promise to the players if they clinch the 2019/2020 CAF Confederation Cup.
Souaré has promised to give each player an amount of US$5,000 should they clinch the continental competition.
Horoya are seeking for their very first continental laurel since 1978 where they won the defunct CAF Cup Winners’ Cup.
The Matam club are in the semi-finals of this season’s Confederation Cup and will face Egyptian side Pyramids FC on 22 September 2020 in Casablanca.
The Guinean champions sailing through to the final will see them take on either RS Berkane or Hassania Agadir as they also face off in the other semi-finals fixture.
Horoya were quarter-finalists in the CAF Champions League last season and were eliminated by giants Al Ahly SC.
