Incoming news from Lagos which have it that former Niger Tornadoes striker Samuel Agba is on the verge of securing a move to join MFM FC of Lagos ahead of the Nigeria Professional Football League kick-off.
The Kaduna born striker started his football career at a young age from his boyhood Kaduna United where top the club goal scoring before securing a move to join Rangers Internationals.
He joined Nasrawa United at the beginning of 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League season, before moving to Niger Tornadoes FC, Minna in 2018 and left Yobe Desert Stars during the 2018/2019 mid-season transfer window.
Agba who has previously played for Ranger Internationals, Gombe United and Niger Tornadoes is regarded as one of the league lethal strikers in the Nigeria elite league.
A source close to the player hinted that “Hopefully he will be an important add-on to the team, because MFM FC needs a top striker who could do the damage in the team’s opponent box”
” The head coach (Tony Bolus) knows what he want, the preseason matches shows they need a striker at the time”, he disclosed.
MFM FC will kick off their 2020/21 Nigeria Professional Football League season against Warri Wolves at their new home ground Teslim Balogun Stadium Surulere on the 6th December 2020.
