Niger State Permanent Secretary Applauds Tornadoes Management for Securing NPFL Status:

Ahmed Nuhu Ngaski, Permanent Secretary of the Niger State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, has lavished praise on the management of Niger Tornadoes FC, led by Engr. Ibrahim Dada (FNSE), for their outstanding leadership in guiding the team to safety and securing their NPFL status for the next season.

Ngaski, who witnessed the team’s thrilling 2-1 victory over Sunshine Stars at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna, commended the team’s collective effort and resilience in the face of adversity, playing all their matches away from home. He acknowledged the challenges posed by this situation but expressed optimism that the state government’s plans to renovate the team’s home stadium will soon come to fruition.

The Permanent Secretary specifically praised the management’s strategic decisions, which proved instrumental in the team’s success. He also extended his appreciation to the acting Technical Adviser, Majin Mohammed, for steering the team from a precarious position to safety. Ngaski also commended the players for their dedication and perseverance throughout the season.

He expressed his gratitude to the Kaduna State Football Association, fans, and stakeholders for their unwavering support, which played a significant role in the team’s success. Ngaski concluded by expressing his optimism that the team will soon return to playing their home matches at the Bako Kontagora stadium Minna, as plans are in the pipeline to fix the stadium the required standard so that the team will be back home to enjoy the support of their loyal fans.
