Former Simba SC forward wants to leave his current club

Reports from Zambia have it that Zambia international and former Simba SC forward Clatous Chama wants to leave RS Berkane three months after joining the club from Tanzanian side Simba SC, this is according Zambian based Sport journalist Wami Katanga.

The 30-year old Zambian international has been left frustrated at Berkane’s payment patterns that has been out of the contract terms and has made up his mind on leaving the club.

He has been in Ndola since returning home initially for international duty earlier this month

Simba’s rivals Yanga SC have confirmed having approached Berkane to inquire about the availability of the former Zesco United and Lusaka Dynamos star for a transfer to the club.

Yanga have also tabled a mammoth to Chama and his representatives in their efforts to lure ‘Mwamba wa Lusaka’ to Jangwani Street.

However, it is impossible for Chama to transfer to Yanga due to a clause in his contract that he signed with Berkane after his move from Simba which states that he cannot sign for any other Tanzanian club aside the latter.
