MFM G.O sacks MFM FC board and coaching crew
NPFL Lagos based club MFM FC management board have been shown the exit door following the club performance this season and the coaching crew led by Lekan Gabriel by the General overseer of the Church, Dr D.K Olukoya, Felele247.com understands.
The sack came after MFM lost 3-0 away to Gombe United in the Nigeria Premier Football League. The defeat confirmed the MFM to the bottom of the table.
Felele247.com gathered on Sunday that the club has appointed one coach known as Ikechukwu from G12 FC has been appointed as interim coach of the MFM, Ikechukwu would be on duty this afternoon when MFM confront defending champions, Akwa United at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.
The source in the club said the MFM board has been dissolved with immediate effect and Mr Damilare, a member of MFM Worldwide, was selected as the new Director of the Lagos-based premier club.
A draw or defeat to MFM against Akwa United would be a disaster as Olukoya Boys would find it difficult to leave out of the relegation
