CAF Champions League quarter final draw: African champions face Raja Casablanca

African champions Al Ahly SC of Egypt 🇪🇬 will host CAF Confederation cup reigning champions Raja Casablanca of Morocco 🇲🇦 in the first quarterfinals of the 2022 CAF Champions League as Africa governing body Confederation of African Football conducted a draw for the 2022 competition in CaiTuesday’s afternoon, Felele247.com reports.

Setif Algeria 🇩🇿 based outfit ES Setif (Entente Sportive Sétifienne,) will square it out against one of Tunisian 🇹🇳 oldest active clubs (Esperance Sportive du Tunis) Esperance Tunis in the quarter-finals of the 2022 CAF Champions League.

AChabab Riadhi de Belouizdad) will play host to Moroccan 🇲🇦 giants Wydad Casablanca for the crucial quarter match in Stade de Belouzdad.

This is one of the biggest matches in this year’s tournament, not only on the continent but in the southern Africa region as two giants go head to head in the competition

Atlético Petróleos de Luanda, ( Petro Atletico) host South African 🇿🇦 Brazilians Mamelodi Sundowns at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda.

The encounter is expected to be a ferocious encounter between the two giants in the Southern of the continent.

The first leg quarter-finals will take place 15th and 16th of April 2022, while the second leg will place on the 22nd and 23rd of April 2022.
