We will turn the table around – Garba Manu

As clubs in the Nigeria Premier Football League set to resume training for the second stanza of the #20223 league Season,Wikki Tourists fc Assistant Captain Manu Garba has revealed that they are fully ready to change the table standings.

Manu Garba disclosed this to the club Media ahead of the club’s resumption to training for the second round.

According to the striker the first round of the abridge league was not pleasant to WIkki Tourists fc but assured that things will change for good in the second round.

‘We have carefully analysed the table and the number of matches remaining in the second round and have challenged ourselves to go extra mile in the second round and ensure that we get to the top of the table,said the Assistant Captain.

Manu admitted that the task ahead of them is enormous but was quick to add that they have a good team that is capable of changing the situation.

I therefore want to use this medium to appeal for support, understanding and above all prayers to succeed, Manu submits.

Manu Garba who featured in seven out of the nine matches played in the first round of the #2022/23 league has been significantly contributed to the goals scored by the team.

Wikki Tourists fc is set to resume training on Friday 3/2/2023 after the mid season break as the second round is expected to commence on the 26th March 2023.

The club finished eight on the log in the first round with eight points after nine matches.
