Gombe United secured Adama Samuel Kizito signature

Gombe United has completed the signing of Nigerian striker Adama Samuel Kizito from Nigeria National League side Sokoto United, after completing his medical routine with the club medical team at the clubhouse.

The 24-year-old has penned a year contract with the club, for an undisclosed fee. Kizito’s move to Gombe United comes after an impressive stint at Sokoto United, where he showcased his goal-scoring prowess with 12 goals and six assists last season.

Despite his impressive contributions, Sokoto United narrowly missed out on relegation from the second division of the Nigeria National League, finishing sixth in the league.

The club had prioritized strengthening their attacking options during the summer transfer window, and Kizito’s arrival will bring firepower to the Pnatami stadium.

Gombe United is currently without a manager at the moment, but reports suggest that former Lobi Stars manager Muhammed Babaganaru is likely to take charge of the team before the season kickoff.
