Daniel Akpeyi weighting options from PSL clubs

Reports from multiple sources have hinted that Nigerian international goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi is weighting options on various offers on the ground both in the South Africa’s Premiership after turning down offers from Europe, Felele247.com understands.

Felele247.com gathered that the Super Eagles of Nigeria agent Muhammed Lawal disclosed that “there are a lot of offers for the experience goalkeeper at the moment, we are currently busy talking them and weighting options on the various offers”

Akpeyi is now a free agent at the end of the 2020/2021 season after leaving Kaizer Chiefs where he spend three season with the club from Chippa United.

The former Warri Wolves goalkeeper representative also disclosed that there were offers from European league, but his first option is South Africa PSL.

“At this moment I can’t reveal or give you details of these clubs in the PSL to you, because we are yet to conclude with them”

But reports suggest that Royal AM, Sekhunkhune and his former Chippa United have indicated interest in bringing him to their squad.
