Young Africans Sports Club have reached an agreement to pay $140K fee with Vipers SC for the services of Cesar Manzoki who has less than 2 months left on his contract but the player has turned down the offer!
Manzoki prefers to join rivals Simba SC ,but Vipers have so far rejected meetings with Simba twice.
