African Football League: Enyimba International To Register 30 Players

Felele247.com.ng have scooped that any club participating in the first inaugural Africa Football League that wishes to withdraw will pay the sum of $15,000 to $20,000 USD as a fine and such club will be banned from the next edition.

Each club will have the priviledge of registering 23 to 30 players as the Confederation of Africa Football role out guideline on Monday, as eight teams will face will play against each other.

Nigeria champions Enyimba FC will face Wydad Athletic Club (Wydad Casablanca) in the quarter final with the first leg slated for Enyimba International Stadium in Aba and the reverse fixture in Casablanca

Other pasticipating team are Mamelodi Sundowns, TP Mazembe, Al Ahly SC, Petro du Launda,

The lineup includes Egypt’s Ahly, Tunisia’s Esperance, Nigeria’s Enyimba, South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns, Angola’s Petro Atletico, Tanzania’s Simba, DR Congo’s TP Mazembe, and Morocco’s Wydad.

The tournament is set to kick off on 20 October and ends on 11 November.
