The Coordinator, Lafia Centre of the maiden edition of NPFL U-17 Youth League and Chairman of Benue State Football Association (BSFA), Paul Edeh Esq has advised players participating in zonal playoffs at the Lafia Centre to be law-abiding, dedicated, committed, diligent and play the game according to the rules.

The BSFA Boss while addressing participants during their meeting revealed that a lot of awards are lined up for grabs and they won’t hesitate to give to any team or player that deserved the award as a mark of honour.

“I call on you all both players and officials to be law abiding and avoid any behaviour that would bring this tournament into disrepute, be free to show your skills and dedication. There are a lot of awards lined up for those who merit them, ” Edeh maintained.

He further tasked all the Referees to be professional while discharging their duties saying, it would play a role in ensuring the success of the playoff.

He thanked the Nasarawa State Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Abdullahi Sule for hosting the tournament in his state.
