WIKKI TOURISTS WIN AGAINSTS EFCC NOT ENOUGH TO QUALIFY IT FOR SUPER EIGHT

Last game of the Nigeria National Season between EFCC and Wikki Tourists played today at area 3 ground in Abuja produced 6 goals with Wikki Tourists scoring 4 but that was not enough for the club to qualify for super eight of the Nigeria National League season.

The Tourists who were hoping for a loss by Nasarawa United in Zamfara however the game ended 1-1 which gave Nasarawa United the super eight ticket.

Reacting on the game in a post match Chat with the press Wikki Tourists fc Coach Azeez Audu Mohammed said it was disheartening to lose at this point but quickly added that it was pre destined by Allah and therefore appealed for calm from all quarters.

Everybody has done his best, from the Commissioner, Management, Technical Crew, players and other backroom staff to ensure that we gain promotion this season but our effort has not yielded the desired result,

we should therefore remember that this is our destiny and we should accept it in good faith, Audu emphasized.
He assured that the team is going back to the drawing board and correct all mistakes against next season.
