Niger Tornadoes to use Ahmadu Bello Stadium for their home games

Niger Tornadoes Football Club of Minna will make use of Amodu Bello Stadium, Felele247.com understands.

Niger Tornadoes make a return to the Nigeria Professional Football League for the first time in two years after emerging overall champions of the 2020/2021 Nigeria National League playoff in Enugu.

Felele247.com gathered the Minna based team will have to use the Amodu Bello Stadium for them to meet the League Management Company stadium requirement which includes the live broadcast of their games through the NPFL TV app because the Bako Kontagora Stadium does not meet the League Management Company requirement.

A close source hinted that “They ( Niger Tornadoes) will have to use a more friendly and broadcast friendly stadium for their home games, because at the end of the season they will some revenue from the broadcast of their games”

On the latest transfer “I think they are in for serous business this time, one thing about coach Abubakar Bala is he builds his team young and old experience players which makes him exceptional”

“I cannot wait for the season to kick start,” he concluded.

In 2015 Niger Tornadoes picked Confluence Stadium, Lokoja for their home games before relegating back to the second division of the Nigerian 🇳🇬 domestic league.
