TS Galaxy Players accused their colleague of carrying bad luck
South Africa πΏπ¦ outfit TS Galaxy has terminated the contract of Ghanian π¬π International striker Mohammed Anas over the club called “BAD LUCK he brought to the club.
A report from South Africa described that TS Galaxy have complained that the player came with a bad luck to the team after completing his transfer.
A close source to the club stated thatΒ βEvery team heβs (Anas) played for here (in South Africa) has either dodged relegation by a whisker or got relegated. He was at Maritzburg and they merely survived relegation that season. He was at Free State Stars when they were relegated and the same happened at Polokwane City.βΒ Said the source.
Β βLast season he was with Black Leopards and the same thing happened. The players were worried that they are trying everything but the results are just not coming. He was quietly released by the club last week,βΒ the source concluded on the matter
The Sandton based club lost their last premiership 2-1 on Friday to SuperSport United.
The club is named after its owner, Tim Sukazi who purchased the NFD league license fromΒ Cape Town All StarsΒ in May 2018.
Prior to purchasing the second-tier status, the club had been playing in theΒ ABC Motsepe League, the third tier.
On Saturday 18 May 2019, TS Galaxy won their first inaugural trophy, theΒ Nedbank Cup, after beatingΒ Kaizer ChiefsΒ 1-0 through a Zakhele Lepasa penalty scored in the second minute of second-half injury time. They became the first team from the lower division to win the Nedbank Cup.
