Madiba FC vs Ekiti United: We’re In Lagos For Three Maximum Points – Ekiti United captain Makanjuola

Ekiti United captain and goalkeeper Wale Makanjuola says his side will get all the three maximum points when they take on Madiba FC of Lagos on matchday 1 of the Nigeria National League (NNL).

The clash is billed for the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Stadium, Lagos 2p.m today.

Speaking with EUFC media ahead of the mouth-watering encounter, Makanjuola said his team readiness gives him confident for a win against Madiba FC.

“Firstly, I thank God for his mercy and grace for granting us safe travels to Lagos,” said Makanjuola.

“Let me appreciate the management on behalf of my teammates for a much improved welfare packages.

“For today’s game, I believe that all things are possible and with the belief and confidence I have in my team mates, we are winning the game. I can feel the spirit and the sounds of victory in the team already.”

The goalkeeper, further insisted that the team will be in a full force and would be ready for battle Madiba that Madiba will throw at us in the game.

“We will throw all our arsenal at them. We won’t let this game slip out of our hands.

“We are not underestimating them (Madiba) but our experience will count for us at the end of 90minutes,” the soft spoken Makanjuola maintained.
