Veteran player Abolaji Azeez Abu has joined a top flight club in Bangladesh, Chittagong Abahani, for a new season. Azeez who is versatile both on and off the pitch as a podcast host is elated to go back to what he knows how to do best.
Azeez when announcing his new move said “It is a thing of joy and happiness that I have decided to continue my football career in a great team with history and traditions, I’m happy to announce that I have officially joined Chittagong Abahani for the 2023/2024 football season.
He further said “A big thank you Almighty God and to my family, to everyone that supported and motivated me, I won’t be here without my great manager Eminence Sports Management, thank you everyone, living the streets and pitches of Lagos Nigeria to become a blue pirate in Bangladesh is a mission that has to be accomplished”.
He promised to bring his wealth of experience to the team as he’s looking forward to start on winning notes and win laurels which is always his desire in anything he engage in.
