African Transfer: USM Alger Snap Up Leonel Christian Ateba
Cameronian international Leonel Christian Ateba has completed his sensational move to the Algeria giants USM Alger from Cameronian giants PW Bermenda, Felele247.com.ng understands.
He was presented to the club officials after agreeing a two year contract with an option to renewal.
Ateba, made his debut for Cameroon as a late substitute in the goalless draw against Libya.
Late last year, Tanzanian Young Africans were the first club to show a very interest in signing the indomitable Lions forward, But Yanga failed to meet the player’s asking price from PW Bermenda.
The forward with exceptional dribbling skills and capacity to lead the line and play as a second striker is a major component of Dynamo’s charge to the top of their Pool in this season’s MTN Elite One championship.
