Felele247.com.ng have scooped that some clubs plying their trade in the Nigeria Premier Football League are at loggerhead with the league board and threatened not to honour the weekend games across match venues.

A credible sources disclosed that “The Clubs Owners Association has informed the NPFL Board that they will not honour this weekend’s games,

He said that the clubs are asking for the details of the contract signed between StarTimes, Propel Sports, and the NPFL Board.

Furthermore, The clubs are also asking the NPFL Board to fulfill their financial obligation to the clubs.

The upcoming matchweek might be on hold this weekend if the NPFL failed to respond to the demand of the NPFL Club owners Association.
