Kwara United add twelve players to their roaster

Ilorin giants Kwara United on Wednesday confirmed the addition of twelve new players to its roster, ahead of 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional Football League Campaign kickstarting this weekend.

At the club base in Ilorin, Technical Adviser, Abdullahi Biffo announced the addition of the players during the press briefing.

He mentioned the club works round the clock in correcting the noticeable weaknesses in the squad during the previous campaign, which formed the decision to inject twelve additional legs into the current squad.

Heading the list of the new recruits unveiled is Junior Lokosa who joins Simba FC of Tanzania, Samad Kadiri – Enyimba FC, Tiza Samuel – Lobi Stars, Amafuele Chizoba – Heartland FC, Micheal Bolaji – Adamawa Utd, Nwokeji Chiemeka- Warri Wolves, Udeagha Chinedu – Wikki Tourist.

Others are Tanko Mark – Basic Sports FC, Abubakar Idris – Yolvicmike Hellenic Academy, Murtala Lateef – Arsenal Kiddies, Adebambo Ademola – T.Beni Suef (Egypt) and Joel Isyaq, a goalkeeper from SGFC Athletics (USA).

The Harmony Boys will tee off against Dakkada Utd at home in their first game of the season.
